This conforms to the International Standard Industrial Classifications (ISIC) Rev.4 of the United Nations. Generally speaking, there are three kinds of establishments: fixed, movable, and I-8 mobile. \u201cFixed\u201d means an establishment running some economic activity always in the fixed place and building. \u201cMovable\u201d means an establishment running some economic activity always in the fixed place, but it is possible to move the place easily. And \u201cmobile\u201d means an establishment running some economic activity on the run. Each enumerator is assigned to one village area or one Enumeration Area to accomplish his\/her duties on the prescribed way.\n\n- The AROs are in charge of the enumeration of the large-scaled establishments with 100 employees and more persons engaged.\n\n- Training of local staff, supervisors, and enumerators The training of the local staff, RO, ARO, supervisors, and enumerators are basically done by the eligible staff of the NIS.\n\n- Mapping work\n\nVillage Boundary Maps of the selected villages are drawn on the basis of Village Map of 2008 Population Census in order to instruct the survey area to the enumerators. Villages with 100 and more establishments are divided into Enumeration Areas. The Enumeration Area Maps are drawn in order to instruct the survey area to the enumerator.\n\nSubmission of documents to the superior organizations\n\n- The enumerators submit the documents including the pilot survey forms which are scrutinized completely to their supervisor no later than April 1st (Thursday) 2010.\n\n- Finally, ROs submit the documents handed from Directors of Provincial Planning Departments to the NIS staff concerned no later than April 7th 2010 after checking.","cleaning_operations":"Coding is a part of the manual editing process that quantifies the descriptive answers to questions that are not pre-coded.  The questionnaires used for the Pilot Survey 2010 of economic census have a number of questions for which descriptive answers should be recorded. A network of  PCs with  high capacity PCs as servers was installed. \n\nEntire data processing was done on microcomputers and data entry and editing was carried out using Computer Processing System package developed by the ICT Department.\n\nAt the end,  the keyers and verifiers were trained for five days and key entry operations commenced.
